Ethan will be seven years old on Tuesday. We had a party for him today at "The Jungle," a play cafe with a large "jungle" for the kids to romp and swing around in. Great fun, music, and "firecracker" candles on the cake - a Serbian tradition - and of course, "Happy Birthday" in English and Serbian. Friends from the neighborhood and his class came. He received many gifts and was very, very happy. Except at the end of the day when he wanted to put together the legos at bedtime and Mommy and Daddy said, No. Within a minute of the lights being turned off, he was snoring. Darn good day. Happy birthday, dear angel.
